A chance is lost?

These are some of the messages from the email I received recently from Sony

Check the Message Box on your PS3T system for your unique $10.00 voucher code and simply click the attachment to redeem your credit. Code expires March 5, 2013.

It seems that Sony has been kind and given me a $10.00 voucher to spend on the PSN store. I however, am only back in Malaysia on 7th of March 2013 and never had a chance to see the said email. It saddens me that I'm too late to redeem the credit. However, I will try and explain my current situation to Sony and hope that they will hear my plea and give me another opportunity to redeem the code. Well, I'm off to write the email. Best wishes for me.

Batman: Arkham Asylum

Currently trying to finish this game in order to get the Platinum trophy and return it as soon as I can.
